We've got some big problems in the world today: From climate change, to the migrant crisis, to national and international inequality.
It's obvious to us that everyone needs to be working on these major challenges if we are to overcome them. Worthwhile is all about helping small organisations tackling social issues to scale with great people, while helping more brilliant people build top careers in the Purpose Economy.
Robbie set up Worthwhile after working with Student Hubs through the On Purpose programme. Prior to this, Robbie spent four years with Rolls-Royce, in Human Resources. Initially on their graduate scheme, he then worked in Operations Management in North America, and as a Business Partner for Corporate Functions. Robbie has a Masters from the London School of Economics and has spent time as a project manager in education in India, a journalist in Liberia, and an archery instructor in Ireland.
Tasha joined Robbie in August 2016 to work as Community Manager, looking after our graduates and alumni. Tasha was part of the 2013/14 Worthwhile Cohort, working at Student Hubs, where she ran an internship scheme for students looking for socially impactful summer placements, before working on how to measure Student Hubs' impact, and finally overseeing programmes in one of the local Hubs.
